21-Day Equity Challenge

The 21-Day Equity Challenge is a powerful opportunity for shared learning, action, and growth. Nearly 1,500 Minnesotans took the challenge in October 2021. If you missed the first opportunity or would like to recommit for the new year, explore the 2022 Equity Challenge below.

How does it work?

It's FREE to participate in the 21-Day Equity Challenge hosted by United Way of Olmsted County.
  • Participants commit to 15 minutes of daily learning about equity and justice sent right to their inbox starting January 4, 2022.
  • Weekdays from January 4 through February 1, participants will receive a daily email with readings, videos, podcasts, and ways to take action.

  • Anyone can participate. Learning can be individual or in groups.

  • Participation is free. All you need is email.

  • Daily topics include Understanding Privilege, Housing & Redlining, Justice System, and more (see below).

  • Download our Challenge Activity Log, a tool to ensure you are taking full advantage of what the challenge has to offer.
