2023 Give United Drawing Terms and Conditions

1. TIMING: This incentive promotion includes 2023 United Way of Olmsted County (UWOC) first-time donations (no prior gift on file) to United Way of Olmsted County, made between August 1, 2023, through 5p.m. Central Time on December 31, 2023. Prize winner must provide 2023 Give United Drawing Sponsortheir prize selection within ten (10) days of date of issuance of prize notification on January 16, 2024 or as soon as practical thereafter. To be eligible for the 2023 Give United Drawing, participants must be legalresidents of Minnesota, at least 18 years of age, AND possess a valid Minnesota driver license.

2. PRIZES: Winner of the 2-year lease offered by Rochester Motor Cars has an option to choose from one of the four cars listedbelow These vehicle models are based on availability only. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received.

3. ELIGIBILITY: Only individuals with no prior gift to UWOC on file are eligible for this promotion. Employees and board members of UWOC and Rochester Motor Cars, including their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Only individuals/ families are eligible for the UWOC 2023 Give United Drawing;organizations are not eligible. Out of area campaigns that are processed by, but not counted toward the 2023 UWOCcampaign are not eligible. Designated donations to United Way of Olmsted County from other United Way campaigns areeligible if donor information is received prior to deadline. Online entries without a donation will not be accepted. A limit ofONE entry per person, automatic or otherwise, allowed for the UWOC 2023 Give United Drawing.
   • Any individual that makes their first-time donation to the United Way of Olmsted County will automatically be entered into the UWOC 2023 Give United Drawing. Individuals with a prior donation on record with UWOC are not eligible to participate in the drawing.
   • Entry without donation for the UWOC 2023 Give United Drawing can be made by mailing a postcard with (US PostalService only) your name, address and in 100 words or less describe what you enjoy most about living in Olmsted County, to United Way of Olmsted County, ATTN: UWOC 2023 Give United Drawing, 903 West Center St, Rochester, MN 55902. No other alternate methods of entry or entry delivery are eligible. All mailed in entries must be postmarked prior to the deadline. No mailed in entries from individuals with a prior donation on record with UWOC will be eligible to participate in the drawing.
   • To be eligible for the 2023 Give United Drawing, participants must be legal residents of Minnesota, at least 18 years ofage, AND possess a valid Minnesota driver license.
   • The 2023 Give United Drawing includes a chance to win a 2-year/24,000-mile vehicle lease equal to approximately $10,000 in value from Rochester Motor Company in Rochester, MN. The Donor Incentive Program drawing winner will get to choose from the following vehicle models: 2023 Mazda CX-30 ($24,325 MSRP), 2023 Ford Maverick XLT Hybrid ($26,450 MSRP),2023 Toyota Corolla SE ($25,812 MSRP) and 2024 Chevrolet Trax ($24,995 MSRP). These vehicle models are based on availability only. If these select models are not available at time of drawing, you may select a from a list of vehicles provided by Rochester Motor Cars of equal or lesser value. 2-year lease winning is NON-transferable. Must have a valid driver license to qualify.
4. ENTRIES: Entry letters must be postmarked AND pledge forms, eligible donations and eligible employee lists must bereceived by UWOC by 5 p.m. Central Time on December 31, 2023. UWOC will not be responsible for individuals,companies or other United Way organizations that fail to submit their employee pledge forms, eligible donations,designated gifts or list of eligible employees by this date and time. UWOC is not responsible for lost or misdirected mail.
5. 2023 GIVE UNITED DRAWING & ANNOUNCEMENT: UWOC 2023 Give United Drawing winner will be drawn randomlyon January 16, 2024, at United Way of Olmsted County or via zoom. One winner and three alternates will be drawn for theUWOC 2023 Give United Drawing. If the potential winner declines the prize in writing, does not meet the stated eligibilityrequirements of this drawing or the two-year lease, or is not in compliance with these Official Rules, the potential winner willbe disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected in the order in which they were drawn. Once the winner has been identified, the winner will be announced at a 2023 Give United promotional event to be scheduled with the winner and Rochester Motor Cars and happen no later than Friday, February 28, 2024. , in Rochester, MN. Winners are not required to be present at the drawing to win. Name of prizewinner will be available once an eligible winner has been identified at http://www.uwolmsted.org.
6. REQUIRED INFORMATION: The Winner will receive a prize valued around $10,000 or more and will be required toprovide their home address and Social Security Number and must comply with these rules upon presentation of prize.
7. RELEASE: By entering, all participants hereby agree to comply with these Rules, represent that they are eligible, andconsent to the use of their name and/or photograph for publicity purposes without further compensation, unless prohibitedby law.
   • All entrants release UWOC and Rochester Motor Cars; their respective employees, directors, officers and agents; theirrespective parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies; and their respective advertising, fulfillment, publicity andpromotion agencies from any, and all claims or liability in connection with their participation in this promotion.
   • All entrants release UWOC and Rochester Motor Cars; their respective employees, directors, officers and agents; theirrespective parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies; and their respective advertising, fulfillment, publicity andpromotion agencies from responsibility for damages, losses or injuries, including death, personal injury or propertydamage, due in whole or part, directly or indirectly, from participation in this promotion or acceptance, possession, useor misuse of the prize.
8. RECEIPT OF PRIZES: No substitution or transfer of prize or redemption for cash equivalent except by United Way ofOlmsted County due to unavailability in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted. UWOC reserves theright to cancel, terminate, or modify this promotion if not capable of completion as planned, and to award the prize as of thatdate as provided above.
9. RESPONSIBILITY: Winner of the two-year lease will be required to pay any applicable taxes, title transfer costs and any other costs relating to the lease transaction, including but not limited to, federal and state income taxes.Participation in this promotion may affect the tax deductibility of your gift. You should consult your tax advisor for moredetailed information.

11. ENTRY INTEGRITY: Those individuals that qualify for entry are automatically and systematically (not manually) entered intothe 2023 Give United Drawing as their pledges are processed. Participating employer campaigns providing individual donorinformation, which is audited, can be assured they will be included and there is little room for human error. Companies that donot typically provide individual donor pledge information may submit a list of those employees who have qualified withindividual donation amounts. Those names are added to the database of automatic entrants. Additionally, those people whosubmitted an entry outside of the automatic qualification process are also entered into the database.
