Community Winter Outerwear

Nearly 1,000 children and families in need felt the warmth of a caring community this winter when they received donated winter outerwear through the annual Community Winter Outerwear collection. United Way once again partnered with The Salvation Army to meet people’s basic need of a warm coat this winter by sponsoring a community-wide collection throughout the month of September.

Spring may be here, but we are still collecting winter coats! Clean out your closets to keep Olmsted County warm next winter and donate your gently-used winter clothing items to the Community Winter Outerwear Spring Cleaning initiative. Click here for more information
