In a brief press release on Wednesday January 17th, United Way of Olmsted County issued a request for proposals from organizations interested in partnering to improve food security conditions in Olmsted County. United Way anticipates making an annual investment of up to $150,000 in programs that help to provide and improve food access for people in need. The proposal period begins immediately, with initial proposals due by March 6. This investment in the community is an important part of United Way of Olmsted County’s commitment to uniting people and resources to improve lives in Olmsted County.
