The Job Skills Training Collaborative is comprised of workforce development professionals from government, education and the private sector. The group meets on the odd months of the year in January, March, May, July, September and November from 3:30 pm to 4:30 pm at United Way of Olmsted County. They discuss the latest employment and workforce trends and possible opportunities for United Way-sponsored training initiatives.

Framework Measurement Goal
By 2015 400 people at or below 280% poverty complete job training skills and gain employment working 30+ hours/week, 45 weeks/year, with health benefits, earning more than $10.00 per hour.
