COMMUNITY SOLUTION TEAMS
Community solution teams are United Way of Olmsted County’s primary mechanism for planning, status assessment, priority setting, distribution of resources, and results measurement.
These teams:
- Create a vision, identify critical objectives and work in partnership with community resources to achieve key results and improvements in indentified focus impact areas.
- Develop knowledge and expertise in identified focus impact areas
- Seek sustainable solutions and strategies in identified focus impact areas
- Prioritize and plan a course of action that will lead to sustainable results in identified focus impact areas
Members may serve up to two consecutive three year terms. The teams meet once a month.
